I don't think it's related links like handcrafted in the middle of article. This block is calles "Read also" and while they are technically related to this particular article, this is not the case for all of the articles.
For example, in this one: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/vesti-ukr.com/template62/?url=https%3A%2F%2Flite.vesti-ukr.com%2Fhi-tech%2F302798-hlobalnoe-poteplenie-kak-ostanovit-klimaticheskie-izmenenija
links in that block isn't related to the article theme at all and should be removed according 6.2.3.
