Anchor link missing

- I think its not important in this case. On the site the navigation bar is sticked to the top of the page and it makes sense, in IV it is impossible.

- The top bar must be removed, correct. But you removed the anchors (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTML_element#Anchor) must be preserved.
