Captions missed

- Captions that are used as caption are perfectly parsed. These are not captions in DOM. They're used as text with different style. They appear just like in the original source.
There are more critical issues to look at.
Caption should be clearly distinguishable in DOM. Otherwise it can be problematic for other article that use the same style for something else. Since, we'll be using next-sibling for this, it can cause catastrophic effect and should be avoided
