Gather data is one thing, exposing it to everyone against the author will is another. Unlike how it is in the article in the link https://www.vienna.at/eislaufen-in-wien/3061751 where you can see it in both plain text and JSON, it's not present in the readable form nor in meta tags of this article.
There is no difficulty in extracting the author from that JSON, done it for date-time, but anonymity/privacy is a thing for telegram as in manual you will find this code:

for me what you have done is wrongdoing, but let's leave the decision to admins.
