Broken layout. If you see on other images, they all have correct structure:
<div class="inline-image"><img /><div class="inline-image-caption">CAPTION</div></div>

Is selected case the image is detached from predictable structure to separate <p>. It's not common pattern, handling this type of broken images is kind of hardcoding and may break some valid pages in future.
