Wrong preview description. It repeats the title.
Metadata is not always reliable so you should use subtitle or first paragraph for preview description.
There's no any significant text in the article so you can leave description empty than using rudimentary description

It's not my fault IV engine use header by itself, its even not meta tag. Anyway is that unacceptable if no any significant text in the article and rare case?
