I would just copy my answer:
Looking into original page source we can say that it's paragraphs without ANY specific tags or attributes and not captions.

There is no criteria in checklist that says I should use reckless methods (assuming that paragraph after image is ALWAYS caption is reckless) to make page one page more appealing, while making nonsese captions on other.
By the way, your template that does such assumptions didn't last long before failing.
