Should be handled. And also, the date is not "2017/01/17" I Don't know why it's in the path, but if you take a look at the page, then you'll see the date "13/03/2019 - 12:01". So, quite obvious that it's not an old article, and should be supported.(Another example: https://www.viveusa.mx/temas-de-interes/2016/12/26/donald-trump)

- It's a page with all articles with 'Migración' tag. If a new article is created with 'Migración' tag, it will appear here, Then this page is dynamic and IV must not be generated. Similarly, your other example (https://www.viveusa.mx/temas-de-interes/2016/12/26/donald-trump) is for 'donald-trump' tag, and it's a dynamic page.
