- It can't be reliably identified. Standard captions on this site go in a tag with the class "detail-picture__caption", like here: https://vk-smi.ru/regions/16-kazan/100368. My template handles these cases well.

- The caption can be identified, since both image and text are in the same paragraph. Would be better to handle it.
