Ok, enough these 3days-waiting games for me, I don't want to be in competition with those who wait for the last time when you already don't remember what that domain is.

Just one question at last: what your template do with this page: there is nothing here close to get persistently RULES_TOO_SLOW (reload it 8 times and in 6 of them I got RULES_TOO_SLOW)

The remaining pages do not have such a problem.

If this site should not be generated, you should not generate IV. RULES_TOO_SLOW is a template issue.
