Quotes must be formatted to match their appearance in the source article, provided it is possible to identify them (and their type) in a reliable way. Line breaks in quotes must be preserved.

This is not a pullquote either. This is the only formatting this site uses for quotes/highlighted text, so it doesn't matter what to use in IV. And text in blockquotes is always nicer to read.
