Although, Ahmed, yes it's true that supporting subdomains is optional. However, that only applies if a template does not generate an IV for those subdomains.
If a template actually generates an IV for the subdomain, then the template must ensure that it does not generate a corrupted IV. So if template generates an IV for subdomain, it must support the subdomain well.
Template #27 generates IVs for this vov4.vov.vn subdomain, so the template must support the subdomain well.
