i just checked - there is no gallery on this site that don't duplicate figcaptions.
for example:
vtv.gob.ve/presidente-maduro-lidero-acto-de-entrega-de-titularidades-a-trabajadores-del-ministerio-de-educacion

you can see all figcaptions are duplicated.

it is absolutely meaningless - no need to use it as figcaption
