- The two paragraphs are part of the main content. The author of this article added such content in many of his content while others did not, so they are not part of the template of this website. They have no difference when compared to other paragraphs: they are all <p> in the same <article> tag, and they have no special classes or ids. To ensure the IV has full essential content of the original article, I think the IV should keep them.
