I wonder there exists any rule that require IV to separate each paragraph in blockquote to small blockquote one by one. If not, <br> is enough already.

- Blockquote linebreaks on source pages are usually handled by website CSS margins. However, IV doesn't support CSS.
It's possible for IV to display blockquotes with better linebreak formatting. Template #22 handles this better.

This is small blockquote, but it would look much worse in a big one.
