Paragraph breaks lost inside blockquote. This can be supported easily.

This is small blockquote, but it would look much worse in a big one.

There is <br> between each paragraph in blockquote. When you use Telegram App to preview IV, you can more easily figure out that. See https://telegra.ph/file/be6799e44a9cdff29c531.jpg .
I wonder there exists any rule that require IV to separate each paragraph in blockquote to small blockquote one by one. If not, <br> is enough already.

Blockquote linebreaks on source pages are usually handled by website CSS margins. However, IV doesn't support CSS.

It's possible for IV to display blockquotes with better linebreak formatting. Template #22 handles this better.
