Is it kicker?

The whole block specifies the name of the current guide plus an hyperlink to the index of it ("Compravendita immobiliare", also is a short article) and also contains the number of the current part ("8° Lezione").

In the source the whole block is referred as an "index" and it's present only in multi-part articles.

So the block is not a kicker but I forgot to add it in the Instant View.
