We have different apps? It doesn't. It opens the page in regular browser (because it has no IV, obviously). That would happen with all IVs where page navigation is unsupported. We are instructed to make it work in IV.

I tested it on Telegram for Android (official app).

It happens because there is no all-users server-side "live" IV template for this website yet (links need a "&rhash=..." for now to get an IV, https://instantview.telegram.org/#publishing-templates).
