The video element contains two meta data:

1. inline-video-caption, which is "(Washington Post)", already presented in my template.

2. data-headline, which is "Trump's shadow and stalled GOP agenda loom over close Georgia race", which is always exactly the same as $title at all time. Hence, it's not extracted.

In the videos you miss an essential part of the caption. In this page the caption of the video is: "National politics are impacting the special election in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District. (The Washington Post)".
