This page is actually broken. If you open it with js, you'll see that those images are placed in containers by 2 as a part of a slider widget. And one of the widgets is missing (https://www.waz.de/staedte/duisburg/bilder-von-frueher-und-heute-zeigen-duisburg-im-wandel-id11339605.html?seite=2)
