Photo credits are easily identifiable and should be put in the cite element.

- Figcaptions on this site have two div containers inside. One has class "txt", and the other, often empty, has class "rights". (and they use it: https://www.waz.de/staedte/witten/taschendiebin-beisst-wittener-in-den-arm-und-flieht-id216513063.html) If the article editors have such option, I wouldn't decide for them and risk using regular expressions where it's not needed.
