A subtitle is a subordinate title of a published work or article giving additional information about its content.

A subtitle has clear semantic meaning and therefore shouldn't be used just for decoration.

If you look at the header area of the article

you can easily make out a person's name as a title. If you ask yourself, "what the subject of this page?" the questions will be "Алессандра Амбросио!". And then if you wonder "and who's she, can I have a bit more details?" the line that would answer you is exactly this line: "Модель".
So, it's exactly a title subordinate giving additional info on the subject.
