- I don't think it's a problem.
When setting image_url, there're always orders there, sometimes meta image > body image, sometimes body image > meta image, it depends on wether they are suitable. In this case, it's obviously suitable.
About those images only exist in meta, actually I think they should be a fallback only when there's no suitable image in body, since it would confuse user when they open an article in IV but found there's no such image in article body.

And actually there is a more suitable image link in standard meta-tags that used on the site as thumbnail for link preview in articles lists (https://weallfollowunited.com/author/lakshay-khurana/page/3/)
