- 1. perhaps you are right, the class name of this block is really the same as you specified.
But the article uses the <blockquote> tag, which is why I used it in the template. Since before I have already faced with the fact that the template was rejected because it used a different element instead of what is specified in the original.
(in the original article, the <blockquote> tag was changed to <aside>in the template )
2. It's not particularly appropriate
3. It is not necessary to use items only for their appearance. in design can be and such that the text can be nailed to right the edge of, lie on center as in this case. Or to the left.
Again, I relied on the original tags that were used in the article. Since the name of the classes or their appearance is not always the main argument for the use of an element.

1) original element is called "pull-quote-1"
2) same text is repeated one paragraph up, which is typical for pull quotes
3) formatting is similar to <aside>
