I think this element should be in the footer as you have done on other pages, and not as now an ordinary paragraph

- I use a <hr> to separate it from main text.
<details> cannot be put into footer, so we cannot put everything into footer anyway. Text in footer is significantly smaller and grayed out (in clients), so it does not look great either.
I believe both of our formattings look okay, definitely not enough for rejection.
