why do you give links to pages with a dynamic list of articles to a block with related materials?

To clarify the question, the list *is* static, but the linked pages are dynamic and don't generate IV.

These pages are clearly related (every one is about pain management). If no pages generate IV, this block will not appear, so this isn't a problem.

The same block is sometimes used for links to other articles, and I don't want to miss them. I take care not to include truly dynamic lists like "Today on WebMD".
