Wrong pagination. If you wrap all 3 parts in the first page you must merge them in 2nd and 3rd too.
For example there are pagination at bottom of article but when I go open 1st page it will disappear. Completely wrong

If you open canonical link for the article https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/prevention-15/vitamins/chronic-pain-relief you get full 3 page article inlined, working 100% correctly.

If you get shared the link to the THIRD PAGE (how? why?), you see the third page. Imagine that!
