I think it should be the subtitle of this photogallery page, Furthermore its class name is "subtitle".

Let me explain. Every subtitle on this website is located inside a <h2> element with the class "subtitle". In this article/gallery, the element you're referring to is located inside a <p> element not nested in the <h2 class="subtitle> element which is empty on this page. Check the source and see for yourself.

Also, even not looking at the source, it's placed in the middle of the page, far away from the title.
