If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser.

6.1.2 Date and time
The date and time of publication is obligatory for news publications. It must be obtained by any means possible, including meta tags, etc.
You're required to include both the date and time, if they are available, anywhere in the source. You're not including the time. Time is available from the JSON attached to every article, and can be easily parsed. Check the JSON in the <head> part of the website - and it's property "datePublished": "2019-02-26T09:00"
