You have added divider before related articles when there is no other content after them. This must never be done since related articles can be not always displayed and in that case your divider won't be dividing anything. You may check how it looks like on your phone.

This is an opposite issue to the one I sent you.

On the original page this is a block visually separated from the rest of the article with a different background color. Since we cannot use <th> to format it (because it may contain media, tables, related articles, etc.), I choose to separate such blocks both from the top and bottom wherever they’re placed to be sure they don’t include nodes that don’t belong to them (related articles in this case).

Not sure who of us is right, but at least I cannot consider it an issue.
