- I don't think these can be reliably/safely identified...
The links and header are all in separate paragraphs, and the header is only identified by <p><strong>. There are other pages that have similar links but without a header, so if there were a <p><strong> before the links, it could be incorrectly set as the header. Or if you are searching for the text "MORE:", it would not be identified if they change the header text. There are also other pages that have the links in <ul> instead of in separate paragraphs, so it is not consistent.
