The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

IV generates for not only article-pages here, for example for statistic pages and others pages which are not articles, at all

Has not found ways to fix it. Apparently '!path_not' doesn't support any characters other than English. In my template specifies a rule which should stop the generation this page:
!path_not: /wiki/Служебная:.*
