Date of publication must be shown on IV page if the date of publication is mentioned anywhere in the source.

Since the template will have to be resubmitted anyway due to a different issue, it may be a good idea to fix this as well

Would suggest using the date at the bottom. The one at the top is for the stable version of the article only, not the one that IV is being generated for.
