The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry for late issue, but I guess it's not really that hurtful since I already sent you one more than 24 hours ago (I think), anyway you have references there, but from what I can tell you are not using <reference> tag for them. Reference tag is new in 2.0 and it's obligatory to use for references.

It is for sure better to use <reference> - but there is no rule on the checklist which forces you to use it.
