It is true that there are embedded players in the table, but the page already offers download links to each of the problematic entries.

As such, there is no reason to not offer direct links to the audio, while not compromising the IV.

P.S. It's not possible to extract the <audio> out of it because they are hotlink-protected.

As your P.S. says, the audio tags have no way of being incorporated into the IV. That means the page has unsupported/interactive content and doesn't require an IV as stated in the Checklist.
