It's a static page. Most pages on wiktionary.org contain tables that can be rendered into lists, like in https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/wiktionary.org/template12/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fen.wiktionary.org%2Fwiki%2FBritish_Isles (otherwise, the majority of pages aren't supported)

Although it'd be better to use a bulleted list and not simple paragraphs like in the sample link.
