Well, naturally, live translations become static after they end. But obviously people will mostly give a link to them in Telegram when they are on & still updating. And they see a cached version in IV.

I think this is not critical. telegram wants to store the static pages which will not change in future. in other hand you can see that only few pages are like this page in this website and it is not good idea to write rules for exception pages.
