- I'm not sure about that. Using the video as cover makes the IV much nicer. The movie poster is too small, so not including it doesn't make we lose any essential information. (It's important to note that this page is about Videos, not movies, so the essential content here is the video)

- While it is possible to use gifs and videos as cover, in most cases, it's better to leave these elements in the body of the article. Anyway, it's optional.
The issue is accepted since the image (poster) is missing, it is essential content.
