The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

1)IV can't generate textarea tag without of replacing it with another tag
2)read the manual carefully - it doesn't have a note that textarea is supported
