IV must not generate for broken pages, you easly can idintify this situation bro :)

- There's no strict rule if broken pages should or should not be generated. That's not my fault that the website owners broken their webpage. Moreover it's an edge-case, because other pages are working just fine. So the generated IV looks the same as the original page.

- Clearly a site issue. IV only displays what's being shown in the source. If the source fixes this, IV has no issue as well.
