The block looks like a dymanic advertisement. It says "Ads by Amazon" at the bottom. Does this issue occur on any pages after than 2016? I haven't even seen this ad block on any page after 2017, and this must be the only page where it is mentioned in the text. On other pages it is just an advertisement that shouldn't be included in the IV. I know you are better at crawling every page of the site than I am, so if there were more recent cases or multiple pages you probably would have linked them.
I don't think it is that critical to see this advertisement... I didn't even see it at first because of adblock, so other users who have ad protection won't see it on the original page either.
