No you can't simply remove the whole div, please read my telegraph. On newer pages (https://www.wxyz.com/news/national/mastercards-new-rule-will-make-some-free-trials-more-transparent) there's only header in the div but NOT links, so if you'll "simply remove the whole div" the links will still be there, but without header: https://telegra.ph/ddd-05-06
