Tables on this site are present in many articles.
I think for simple 2-column tables you need support (with headers too)

My template is converting tables that have at most one non-empty content in the header of table and this table has two cells in the header: "CARACTERÍSTICAS" and "SONY XE93" and if converted, the content can be confusing if the table reading is from up (header) to bottom (body). For left-to-right readings in which the heading only serves as a title, the understanding is clear, but there is no way to detect the sense of reading only in code.

In that case the reading of the content is from left to right, until it makes sense, but look at this case:
