Incorrect list and rudimentary indentations

- There are start attribute in ol tags on the page, but IV's template engine ignores it.
I consider that it's better to fix this bug in IV's template engine, globally, but not in every template.

There are not linebreaks in ol for example, all li tags presented as one paragraph.
There is not way to make own numeration for several li tags, it's not possible in template.
So I couldn't fix it. I'm sure it must be fixed in template engine.
After adding support of start attribute, my template will be perfect
