Navigation menu from original article is missing. Check my template.
There are anchor links, but navigation menu is lost. How to use anchor links without this menu?

This navigation bar is not necessary here, especially if it is only at the beginning of the article. On the original page, it looks like a few points, and serves as a design element and designation of the progress of reading, rather than navigation. Anchor designations the end user does not see.
