yt video as image_url in link preview

- I've checked in clients, and no image appears as expected. What is the problem exactly?
I've set video as cover because it has special class "itemVideoBlock" similar to image covers. This is allowed according to https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-2-2-cover-images
(I see the url in the html of the preview and yes it is weird, but this is an implementation detail of the web preview, not an issue with my template)
