- This block called "Ещё по теме:" / "More on the topic:". As i know, we don't care how static is this block. E.g.

Also this block doesn't on every page, somewhere this block is empty, so I think it's related to this current article by some parameters.

Other types of “More” links that are not suitable for the “Related articles” block should be removed, provided this is technically possible without endangering essential content. Examples:
- (Consistently) random unrelated articles.
- Dynamic lists of “Latest articles from this category”.
These are dynamic lists of latest articles that should be removed (this is technically possible because this block is in
<div class = "related">). This article was published on March 5, and the "related block" consists of articles that were published 1-3 days ago or today and they are changing every day. Compare these two screenshots:
