There is no rule about "only one" and "at the end".
All "Čítajte aj" links are static and related to article theme, moreover added by article authors, so part of content.
For example - https://zive.azet.sk/clanok/136336/vyberame-slovaci-na-internete-a-preteky-operatorov/ there is no IV because unsupported embedded, but good example of static article with list of static links, what if someone make article like in example but without unsupported embedded? Article will be incomplete.
One more example - https://zive.azet.sk/clanok/132071/windows-10-redstone-5-zamieril-beznym-k-testerom-prinasa-mnoho-noviniek/ at the end of article author makes reference "Video: Čo prináša najnovšie vydanie Windows 10? Informácie v kocke" to the link, posted by author in article
