There is no clear way to determine related blocks like this.

Here example where in your template missing essential text: https://zive.azet.sk/clanok/121370/neverte-akciam-v-letakoch-takto-sa-nas-predajcovia-snazia-nachytat/ - look at block with head "Nedržte sa striktne cenových stropov". Of course there no <ul> block, but, as i said, there is no clear way because if someone make structure <ul><li>{SOME ESSENTIAL TEXT}<a>httt://link.to/somwhere</a></li></ul> then u will miss {SOME ESSENTIAL TEXT}
