About "inzercia" there is too no clear way because thats not a special block, just special style <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #888888;">(inzercia)</span></p>. I cant be shure for 100% that authors using that style ONLY for (inzercia), there is only one way - filtering by style and word, but thats solution only for that special case, not universal.

Wow, thanks for reporting the issue. Fixed. And found a pretty accurate way to determine such blocks (like "Neprehliadnite k téme:"): just check the text of h2.
